Tea study by Health Canada supports health benefits.

Green, black, and oolong teas all were shown to inhibit cell mutation caused by heterocyclic aromatic amines. Decaffeinated teas produced similar effects. Results were published in the British Journal of Food and Chemical Toxicology.
