HRF offers more than 200 Herb Information Packets on herbs, specific health conditions, and related topics. Each of these popular compilations contains carefully selected articles, studies, and/or discussions by experts. Most are 40-45 pages long (at least 30), and are continually updated to reflect current research.
Members save $2 on each as long as they remain members, and receive a FREE information packet of their choice when they join the Herb Research Foundation, and when they renew their membership.
Single herb packets contain comprehensive information on the use, safety, dosage, side effects, contraindications and known drug interactions for each herb.
Health condition/related topic packets contain information on a variety of herbs that may be beneficial in supporting health as related to each condition or topic.
